Project Description:
- Contract with Hura regional council begun in 2009 for ongoing operation and maintenance.
- Treats approximately 15,000m3 per day.
- Uses activated sludge for tertiary water treatment.
- Although originally expected to handle 9,000m3 of wastewater per day, the plant's professional operation has enabled it to successfully process more than 17,000m3 per day.
